Today, I started preparing for her high school graduation...

I know.
She just turned 5, right?

Graduation seems like a long time from now.
But, these past 5 years have gone by really fast!
So, today, I started getting ready for the day that she graduates.

I saw this idea on Pinterest (of course).

I bought a new copy of one of our favorites
 "Oh the Places You'll Go,"
by Dr Suess.

(Added bonus: It was "Buy 2 get 1 FREE" at Barnes and Noble that day!)

Towards the end of each school year, I will have each teacher write a note to Peighton inside the book and date it.

I think it will turn into something wonderful that my little girl will treasure when she's all grown up.

I remember my most favorite teachers.
The ones who had such a big impact on my life and who I have become.

I'm not sure how I will do middle school/high school when there are lots of teachers instead of just one....guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it!
